Ajeet Pratap Singh - Chairman
A visionary leader in cooperative governance, Mr. Singh sets the strategic direction for RECL. Hailing from Uttar Pradesh, he ensures that every project aligns with our core mission of community empowerment and sustainable infrastructure. Under his stewardship, RECL has expanded its footprint across multiple states, setting new benchmarks in ethical governance, transparency, and participatory management.
Sachidanand Dobhal - Vice Chairman
Representing Uttarakhand, Mr. Dobhal is an expert in regional cooperative management. He bridges the gap between organizational goals and grassroots realities, ensuring that our projects are tailored to the unique topographical and cultural needs of local communities. His collaborative approach is vital to RECL's effectiveness in the Himalayan region.
Er. Satyendra Tripathi - Co-opted Director
A distinguished Engineering Strategist and Gold Medalist, Er. Tripathi brings over 15 years of leadership from prestigious institutions like IIT Kanpur and IISc Bangalore. He spearheads the integration of climate-resilient engineering and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks, ensuring our rural projects are both technically superior and ecologically sound.

Karan Pandey - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mr. Pandey drives the execution of RECL's construction and infrastructure portfolio. With a hands-on approach to problem-solving, he manages technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and above quality standards. Beyond engineering, he is a dedicated advocate for social welfare, integrating healthcare and education initiatives into our rural development models.
Vipin Tiwari - General Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the construction sector and a member of the Railway Board, Shri Tiwari is a cornerstone of RECL's operational strength. He brings a multidisciplinary edge to the team, combining deep expertise in traditional civil infrastructure with a specialized focus on Renewable Energy and green initiatives.
Govind Mishra - Executive Engineer
A veteran of the Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (UPPWD) with 28 years of experience, Shri Mishra joined RECL after a distinguished career as an Executive Engineer. He has led numerous high-profile state projects, bringing unparalleled technical knowledge in project planning and large-scale infrastructure execution to the cooperative.

A Director at NAFED and a titan of India's cooperative movement, Mr. Thakur provides critical oversight for RECL's engineering projects. Dr. Sanjiv Shah - Lead Technical Advisor
The Managing Director of Shah Consult International, Dr. Shah holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and a Master's from IIT Roorkee. With 32 years of experience in hydropower and geotechnical engineering across South Asia, he provides RECL with world-class consultancy on water resources and sustainable structural design.
Saurabh Singh - Project Management Consultant
With dual Master's degrees from Germany and the USA, Saurabh brings international digital innovation to RECL. A patent holder and former leader at Novartis, he integrates high-performance computing and modern PMO tools into our operations, ensuring global quality standards in every project.
Ananjay Singh - Technical Advisor
A Senior Research Fellow at IIT Roorkee specializing in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing, Ananjay channels advanced computational techniques into rural development. His background with IBM Research and IIT Delhi allows RECL to leverage data-driven innovation for transformative rural solutions.
